1. Orders and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Because many of our products are handmade and personalized, custom orders—including breastmilk jewelry and other keepsake items—cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has started.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Payment is required at the time an order is placed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from pricing or technical mistakes.

3. Products and Handmade Items

Many of our products are handcrafted and made with natural materials. Slight variations in color, texture, shape, and finish are normal and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Roots & Gems is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
